Context
Product strategy and delivery of a digital twin SaaS platform that supports infrastructure and facilities operations across enterprise environments, built from zero. End-to-end design of the platform, with IoT, BIM and document management.
What I did
- Owned the zero-to-one delivery of the platform, from vision and roadmap to release governance.
- Integrated building data and systems: BIM, BMS, CMMS and ticketing, EMS and IoT.
- Prototyped and shipped AI-driven features and internal tools, from concept to working build.
- Led a cross-functional delivery team across engineering and operations.
- Shipped 10+ operational modules: 3D visualisation, monitoring, ticketing and energy analytics.
